COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Our aim is to handle your complaint fairly, consistently and quickly. Contact us by letter to Money Claims, Bedhampton Suite, Langstone Technology Park, Havant, Hants PO9 1SA. Or by email: enquiries@moneyclaims.net

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days from receipt.

We reserve the right to decline to consider a complaint that is made more than 6 months after you became aware of the cause of the complaint. We will confirm to you in writing if this time limit applies to your claim.

Complaints will be investigated by the customer services manager and overseen by the compliance officer and our claims manager. We aim to resolve your complaint promptly. If we are unable to send you a final response within 4 weeks, we will contact you and explain why.

Our final response will include details of your options if you are not happy with the outcome of the investigation, or we have been unable to reach a decision within the timescales given.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you have taken out a loan, mortgage or credit card, you may have been advised to take out Payment Protection Insurance (PPI). Its intention is to assist you with meeting the repayments of a loan should you be unable to pay them due to unemployment, accident, sickness or. This is fine in theory, however, in practice, many people have had their claims declined due to policy clauses and exclusions. Also the PPI payments themselves have been found, in many cases, to be excessive and have led to a ruling that allows you, the customer, to claim back these payments.

To see if you can claim, just read the questions on the right and if you can check any of them you can probably claim.

We charge no upfront fees and should your claim be successful only then do we take a 25% commission. If you find a claims provider with a lower commission rate, we promise to match it.
