Based in Hampshire, UK and as part of a larger established company, MoneyClaims are totally focused on tackling the financial services industry and fighting on behalf of the consumer, whether it be PPI (Payment Protection Insurance), UCA (Unenforcable Credit Agreements) or PI (Personal Injury) claims. We take on every bank, building society and loan company to reclaim mis-sold insurance payments and excessive charges. We make sure that we get back what is rightfully yours and we will not accept 'fob off' offers of compensation. We ensure that the awards are fair and that any interest due is calculated accurately.
Examples of mis-sold PPI regulary astonish us in their severity and we believe that whilst banks are a business, as indeed is MoneyClaims, and need to make a profit to survive that does not give them the right to rip the public off.
Why instruct us to act on your behalf?
People come to MoneyClaims for specialist assistance for a number of reasons. Some people do not have the time and inclination to enter into a dispute with a large financial institution. The complaints process isn't always simple or straightforward and many times these financial institutions, rather than settling the case straight away, have allowed the case to go all the way to Court.
In such cases, a straightforward complaint letter hasn't been sufficient to pursue the claim successfully. We are also only too aware than in many cases, financial institutions have agreed to offer compensation but have either calculated it incorrectly or have agreed to pay back only part of the refund due. We will pursue the full amount on your behalf, with interest, and we will not be fobbed off with incorrect offers of compensation.
It is our aim to make the claim process as simple and painless as possible and will at all times work professionaly and efficiently with you to achieve the aim of retrieving your money.
We also have appointed regional representatives who are not sales people and therefore are not rewarded via sales bonuses, but are there purely to visit you at a suitable time and assist with the detailed paperwork that will in all probability lead to a successful claim.
